Improve pixel calibration handling #146

Add "Pixel" units option to "Input control"
When "Pixel" units are selected, remove "Load image" (and associated modules) options to set spatial calibration
When "Pixel" units are selected, disable calibrated measurement outputs for all modules
Each module would need to check against this, so it would need implementing on a module-by-module basis
Could do the same for "Frames"
