Recently our users who use Windows have been experiencing issues where extra lines are getting added when pasting text copied from excel. After a little bit of research I discovered that Windows adds a new carriage return character to the end of text copied from excel. When this text is copied in, the onPaste method interprets this as a blank line. Because of this, it would be nice either the onPaste method cleaned characters like this out of the pasted text, or we had the ability to overwrite the onPaste method so we could clean the data in anyway we needed.
