mgba update error

When i try to update from 0.11-8282-d83b2f99c to r8436-df75204a0 mgba gives this:

When i open mgba.io browseg gives this:

Did you block russian IPs?

To my knowledge I haven't blocked any Russian IP addresses. Further, the server it's downloading updates from isn't the same one that runs mgba.io, it's an Amazon AWS S3 bucket. Your ISP is probably at fault here.
