One of my States is practically a slideshow, the other is fine

I have 2 different save files, with identical settings. One is incredibly slow like it's a slideshow and the other works fine as intended. I have no clue what caused this.

Can you upload the states as well? They should have .ss1, .ss2, etc filenames, where the number corresponds to the state number.

Yes, here - it doesn't allow for the filetype so I had to compress, but .ss2 is the one that's running at ~1 FPS while displaying ~90FPS
