Deprecation of alertmanager-bot

Alertmanager v0.24+ has Telegram support out of the box. Going forward, please simply use Alertmanager instead of this bot.
This project will be archived at the end of July.

I'm guessing there are none of the nice Telegram commands in the official version though.

That's a shame. It was very handy to be able to simply tell Telegram to shut up if I got a storm of messages.
