Project whitelisting for remote projects

Situation

To access remote data, we use a PID user who has been granted access to the remote sources. To prevent users from scanning projects that do not belong to them, we need a whitelisting mechanism that checks on the server side whether the specified project may be scanned by the user.

Wanted

Whitelisting remote projects for user (similar to webscan whitelist)

Solution

Implementation of a whitelist for remote data locations so that only authorized users can scan the given project.
