- I think I want to implement the current feature with Cucumber. So go ahead and upgrade my testing tools. 
Later:
	- Switch to 1.9.3 per http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8784421/is-it-possible-to-run-my-rails-app-on-heroku-with-ruby-1-9-3-if-so-how or if an officially supported method exists by the time I do this, use that
	- Add ./bin to path for this directory only
	- Update gems
	- Use pg locally
	- Use Cucumber
	- Change steak-style specs into Cucumber features
