ICE time out error on media-server-client-js demo

I am trying to explore https://github.com/medooze/media-server-client-js. But am running into ICE time out error.. please guide me..
I am new in medooze,, but i have worked on few other webrtc open sources and sample. Now using windows uduntu 20 subsystem for running instance .
