I installed this module on EE 1.4.3.1, enabled only Minify HTML and JS settings. They worked as expected in our dev environment - HTML was minified and JS moved to the bottom of the page. But as soon as I turned on FPC and other caches, the module stopped working - no minification and no JS move. Is this a known issue? Any workaround? Thanks for any info!
