404 Not Found - nginx #14

Hello,
usually logout and back in will fix this issue, but not this time.
Also I flushed my cache, run compilation, reindexed everything...
But still 404.
Any idea what could be wrong?

do I have to adjust a file or something like that?
I only uploaded it so far...
