changes not shown in google in sights

I just install this and it show all js css in bottom of page but still google show render blocking js and css
of course i call all js function after page load so, it is not a problem

I'm experiencing something similar.

In view source the css file is showing at the bottom of the page but Google Insights is saying the css file is render blocking above the fold
