Hi @abhijakka,

1. Could you share more info? I am the most curious to the backend you’re using. Seems like Windows when I read the error you’d share. Are you using docker with it or another way of virtual environment? Could you also let me know the hardware specs of your system?
2. Furthermore, did it ever worked with the instance your having now or did you set up this instance and run into this error after the first video that you uploaded?
3. Does this happen every time with every video that you try?
4. Does this also happens when you try to upload a video outside of the admin panel like a “regular user” would do?
