setSwipeEnable(false)后再设置为true 无法开启滑动，并且item所有touch事件无效

已解决因为我加了可拖拽的view 触发了你的isTouching（防止多指滑动的标志）我在分发事件监听里isSwipeEnable条件的else里加入isTouching=false就可以了
