What is "<root_path>" #163

I have downloaded the dataset
when I want to csViewer, I got this

set CITYSCAPES_DATASET to the Cityscapes root folder
e.g. 'export CITYSCAPES_DATASET=<root_path>'
I tried several different paths and still can't solve

It is the path where you save the dataset, the root source of it
