Theme title bar isn't showing on Unity

I am on Ubuntu 16.04.1, Unity 7.4.0. Arc Red doesn't have the Arc title bar, it looks like the stock theme that comes up when something is incompatible.

Updating to add that the issue also exists on 16.10.

Same issue, 16.10 / GTK 3.20. This bug has been fixed in Arc but not yet in Arc-Red.

Great to see 3.22 compatibility - good to know the theme is alive and well. Thank you.

For those of us still on 3.20, this bug is still present on Unity in 3dd255c (window decoration title bar background colour going to default)

In terms of Arc (not red) having this bug, I cannot confirm, never seen Arc vanilla have a title bar issue.
