Firefox not loading custom ThumbnailExtension #103

I have come across a weird issue where Firefox is partially using the custom ThumbnailExtension and partially not. The method getThumbnail gets called from the default extension in Firefox but not in Microsoft Edge. Using indigo-player 1.5.1

To Reproduce
I will try to create a reproduction.

Expected behavior
Both browser Edge and Firefox should behave the same.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro 21H1
  • Browser Firefox 94.0.2 (64-bit), Microsoft Edge 96.0.1054.41 (Official build) (64-bit)
