Add Kafka and OpenDDS configuration management in the configuration window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment the configuration is mostly hardcoded, the not hardcoded parameters shall be set for each execution.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement the configuration management in the configuration window and manage save and load of configuration file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A file based configuration is possible, but the proposed solution implements also this.
