Docker packages missing

In 99cf0bb,
The Docker image should be built and available in the "Packages" section, however there is no such section on this repo.
Does this Action need to be enabled somehow, or is it waiting for a trigger like a commit to be made?

The previous maintainer has archived their repo so this official repo is now the only way to get up-to-date docker builds.

In #337 I've added a LABEL to the Dockerfile which should hopefully make the link to the repository. Then I expect the Packages section to appear on the main page of the repo.

It's still not appearing on the main page of the repo. I'm not sure why. If anyone figures it out, let me know.
