Hi @squarefaceyao .
There is no y variable in data_1d_right.mat, right?. The x variable gives the spatial positions (in mm) at which V and W are measured. In the 2D examples, x and y are the two spatial coordinates (in mm). Likewise, the t variable gives the time points (in the arbitrary time units of the Aliev Panfilov model) at which V and W were sampled.

Sorry, I have just seen this. If you have set the inverse flags on, the values of the parameters you wish to estimate are outputted in a text file – 1 value per epoch.
