В VSC есть плагин https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=wraith13.bracket-lens

У закрывающихся операторных скобок (КонецЕсли, КонецЦикла, КонецФункции итп) он умеет показывать заголовок.

Выглядит так:

Есть вот такой плагин https://github.com/grosenberg/IndentGuide он показывает черту
