Datahub Framework Version 4 Error

MarkLogic 10 & Datahub Framework 4.0.0 -
Error:
Local message: Could not apply resource at eval. Server Message: Server (not a REST instance?) did not respond with an expected REST Error message.

Here are the details of the issue here.

MarkLogic Version : 10.0-10.2
DHF Version - 4.0.0

As per MarkLogic Tutorial, link provided below,

Tried to configure DHF4 for local after deploying the "quick-start-4.0.0.war" and followed all the steps to configure that has been mentioned in the above link.
After providing MarkLogic admin username and password , i am getting the below error. Can you please assist.
