Allow for source name and type to be specified via mlRunIngest transform

I noticed that the data coming from a non manual upload, is not tagged in HC

This data for instance is ingested via NiFi and it will be great to see this in there ?

DHF doesn't know that the data is coming from NiFi; the NiFi connector would need to include the source name and source type. However, the mlRunIngest REST transform - which the PutMarkLogic processor could use - doesn't yet allow for these inputs to be provided. I'll see when we can get that addressed, as that's a simple change.
