Legal says we need to include Microsoft's trademark info in the IP notice for the Azure guide when we publish it. This is the bit at the bottom of each web page on docs.marklogic.com that contains our own trademark notice.

Legal provided the following text:

© 2017 MarkLogic Corporation. MarkLogic and the MarkLogic logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of MarkLogic Corporation in the United States and other countries. Microsoft and Azure are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and other countries. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Today, there's no allowance for varying the notice. If we were gonna do it right, we'd probably do something with document-list.xml to enable additional text. In reality, I'll probably just try to hack the XSLT to special case on the book title or URI due to time constraints. Blech.

Required for next ML9 release.

And if I can figure this out in about 1/2 day's worth of work, I'll be throwing myself on your mercy, @dmcassel. :)
