When the marionette inspector can not find an app show an actionable message. #235

At the moment the app shows a loading icon and not much else. Typically we see people coming into chat or filing issues. But I suspect many people at this point simply quit and never come back.

Instead of showing nothing perhaps we can show the caveats copy along with a link to the chat room and or a link issues page on the inspector.

I think this would help with the retention, and make adding support for the inspector to your app much easier.

Also show an actionable message if the app is found, but UI tree root is not loaded because app.layout or app.rootView is not found or is not a layout view.
