[Feature] Customizable DateTime formatting

I'd really like the possibility of changing the date format in the columns. I am not from the US and would like to see them in a format that is easier for me (and probably an entire continent x) ) to read.

Solution Description
Add an option in the configuration menu to select the formatting of the dates.
Possibly we could benefit from also selecting if a time should be shown as well or instead. There are a number of new options that open up with having a customizable way of formatting the datetimes.
