Custom Options could lead to errors in yes/maybe file creation

in this file we still use hardcoded meanings for 0_count = no 1_count=yes ...
if we want to support custom options for all projects types this would no longer be valid

currently it causes no issues, since this file is not created for footprint projects, which are the only projects where toggle implemented custom options in the frontend
