MapSwipe Dev New Tutorial Setup Timeout

Describe the bug
When creating a tutorial on the dev instance of MapSwipe, the setup will timeout if not done in time. When pressing submit, it will fail. So instead, you have to make sure to copy and paste the details of the tutorial into another document so that you can re-submit the tutorial quicker before a timeout.

First seen yesterday. @SColchester has said it's been a recurring issue.

To Reproduce
Please provide steps to reproduce the problem:
Try to create a dummy tutorial perhaps, but leave the website open for different moments of times to see when it times out.

Thanks @nashmsf! Yes this is crushing to experience for new tutorial creators because tutorial setup takes a long time, and if the 'submit' fails, all the inputted details are lost
