Every new profile you create in firefox results in manjaro bookmarks being injected into it. If you sign into sync, those bookmarks get added to your firefox account, which I do not like. This means that for every profile you create, you need to delete all the manjaro bookmarks first. Having these bookmarks in the default profile's configuration makes sense, but putting it in the distribution.ini is annoying.
I imagine it is similarly annoying for other browsers as well.
As a side note, it seems you are already configuring the default profile somewhere to change some colors. This default styling looks bad on firefox 57, but since it is just configured in the default profile, it doesn't try to persist across different profiles. (Edit: the styling issue is just the vertex-maia theme, and it actually does come back like a zombie until you switch your themes)

We already have planned to drop vertex maia because not maintained in upstream.. If you don't want our distribution settings simply remove the manjaro-browser-settings and for theme remove the ff-theme-util. This is all
