Create torrents somehow?

For a full-featured UI user would expect to be able to create torrents in it. Will look how other clients handle it...

Surprisingly, neither transmission, nor deluge have an ability to create torrent file from the web UI. Just I2P-Snark has it, which is reasonable -- it only have one interface to interact with. I think, it will be very good tho, ability for an average user to share files from web UI with couple clicks, mktorrent is like rocket science.

idk, maybe XD-cli utility can have similar to mktorrent behavior?

I think that this is related to the issue about custom download directory. I am implementing transmission rpc protocol, slowly (it's a big protocol). I may or may not replace the existing rpc protocol with that, I have not decided.
