User Spam Filter managed by admin #5872

Summary

I have noticed that each user can set up spam filter rating to mark mail as spam or reject it.

It would be nice if this can be moved to server admin, or domain admin. Endusers have no enough knowledge to set up this rules. Instead domain administrator will set up domain wide (or company wide) policies what is spam, what is not spam.

Motivation

I see mailcow as mial server for SME's, not a free mail service. In companies there are policies defined company wide, so, the user should not bother with setting up spam filter individually.

You can already remove the 'spam filter' ACL from a user (mailbox), which will prevent them from editing the ratings.

An admin is still able to "mock" the user (by pressing the login button) and edit the ratings for them.
