Social media list and footer bottom not found in admin panel backend.

Hi @Monoget,
So footer starts here, and in the same file starting from line 278 there's configuration for things below. Our goal was to make things configurable w/o need to override templates just to change 1 line among 500 others. It's just easier to maintain.

@Monoget as far as I understand it, you need to create a Magento_Theme/layout/default.xml in your child theme and set custom arguments for social.media.list block there.
