Error mirror telegram files when USE_SERVICE_ACCOUNTS is True

Yo need to provide logs and the branch you are using to be able to help you as telegram file mirror is working fine without any problem with or without SA

Did you generated USER_SESSION_STRING by logging in as bot ? If you logged in as user than revoke it and change the string by logging in as bot.
Try disabling privacy mode in BotFather settings.
