This project is "complete" and "archived"

While I've no intention of deleting/removing the project I think it is fair to say that there will be no further work on it:

• There have been no commits to the project in almost a year.
• There have been no real bug reports in that same period.
  • This either means the project is "perfect", or it means there are no users.
• I've moved my mail to gsuite which means I no longer work with Maildirs
  • I was a daily user of lumail since this project was started, and I suspect its biggest user.

So on that basis I'm going to report this issue for documentation-purposes, and archive the repository. That will allow forks to exist, and so on.

If there is a desire for others to take the project and keep running with it then I'm open to that, but I get the impression we're just a bunch of solo users in isolation, that there isn't a community as such.
