I finished a workstep that fixes the names on characters, but it messed up the order of the attributes in the table. aceArbor still fails. I will fix the order (so 'name' column is first). If this doesn't work, then we have to dig into R to find out why parsing is failing.

Tree preparation works at the Arbor block level, also! Check out "Create Matched Tree and Matrix". this does all the OTL lookup, name matching, and runs geiger's tree data match as a last step :-)
