Add an embed crop and upload feature to create a thumbnail at the right size - fix #49

select image
select a zone (crop) of fixed size
display the thumbnail.png when existing
upload the cropped result as thumbnail.png in the files folder
support for JPG and PNG only (safe testing)
CRUD process : add, edit, remove, replace a thumbnail
