Can also be used for maximize/minimize actions

I'm afraid the proposed design ideas are not really guideline compliant. 🤔

We could do something like this, which is very barely playing by the guidelines and is pixel perfect but still a bit squished and not very legible.

I'm not quite sold on the use case either (circle/square icons have shaky use cases to begin with, so this is not your fault).

We need to come up with some guidelines for arrows, or even better create a consistent arrow shape.

I think for the desired use case, it doesn't quite help, since the icon will still look different to the others.
