Microsoft.Cpp.targets doesn't exist in the project vcxproj file.

Any ideas on how to install it on the latest react-antive-windows versions ? (in my case its c++) but also for c# would be nice to know if there are any changes.

Exactly, I've been trying to install it too, but without success
