Tags with '/' (slash) in it shows a 'Not found' page

I'm working with the latest docker tag.

I created a plenty of tags, where I put the name in two languages separated by a '/'.

When selecting such a tag to filter threads, Loomio shows a Not found page. The url looks like
"https://myloomio.tld/g/ID/tags/test / bug"

replacing the / with a - solves my problem, but it's still a bug that should be fixed, or at least deny creating tags containing a / for an easy fix.
