It doesn't show how many points the total is out of, or the horizontal scale, so I'm having trouble understanding the results. Is the longest bar normalized to represent the highest score in the results, or out of 100%?

I suggest displaying the x-axis scale for the bars, and the denominator in the numbers, like this:

Hi Alanna, The bars are currently normalized so that they are showing 'percent of the highest score'.. so one bar will always be 100%

Very easy to change this to 'percent of total', it's configurable behind the scenes.

In your suggestion can I confirm the points (ie: 39/40) shows the given points out of the total possible points? (like.. number of voters * max score).

What is the denominator on the Mean column?

I think I can add the numbers above the bars as you suggest. low middle and high values
