Add poll of type "resource allocation"

Something that has come up in groups I was part of was the allocation of shared resources, like who gets to use a set of limited bikes on a given day, who sits at what table in a workspace, or who has to do what tasks/chores.

For that reason it would be cool to have new type of poll that allows

• entering a list of resources to share
• users ranking each of the options (like in "ranked choice")
• optionally this could include a negative raking ("i cannot do this", "i cannot use this")

Loomio could then assign the resources so that the most users are happy.

I must have been busy when this was created. Thanks for identifying it. It's something that would naturally extend the Loomio design. Allocate/dot_vote but choose the amount per voter. I'll keep it in mind.
