Wrong translation: notification options

The translation for what seems to be the "notification" button at the bottom of a thread's initial post is wrong in German. "Beitreten" means "join". You want "Benachrichtigungen".

It should be "Subscribe" - What's the correct word for that?

There are other problems with translations. What's a good way to report/fix all those. E.g. the subject of the Login Email says "Bei Loomioanmelden" and there needs to be a space after Loomio.

These days, it's probably easiest if you directly edit the config/locales/client.de.yml file and make a pull request with the changes.
