Search should include results with matching tag

Hi, first of all the project and the concept is great!

The current issue is about the fact that when I do a search the function dose not show all threads with tags containg my search term.

Ex: tags: elections, important, election.signatures

Using search feature with 'elec' should show all threads with tags containing "elections" and "elections.signatures"

Currently we do not support partial word matches on tags.

Actually, this is a fair enough request. We can add tags to the search index.
