Configure Slack plugin with channel names, or channel ids

After this PR was merged, it would be simpler if you could specify slack channels by name, rather than by ID when configuring the plugin.

I think it would be possible to pull a list of slack channels from this endpoint after asking for the API key, and then searching them by name (and id) to grab a list of channel ids to write to the config.
