When creating new media images, if you press "Save" more than once at the bottom of the page you are taken to a different media management page: [site name]/admin/content/media which has a different presentation (shows thumbnails) but also does not display the image you have just uploaded in the listing.

Thanks @bobbulman !

Can you tell us how you are creating new media images?

Is this in a particular content type, in a paragraph or somewhere else?

Specific steps to recreate the behaviour would be very useful.

No problem @finnlewis the steps to recreate the issue are:

  1. Log into microsite
  2. Select "Media" from dashboard tab links
  3. Observe browser navigation shows [site name]/group/[site number]/media
  4. Select blue "Create Media" button
  5. Select "Image" from list of media types
  6. Enter image name on Add Group media (Image) page
  7. Select "Choose File" button & upload an image
  8. Enter Alternative text details
  9. Select blue "Save" button
  10. Observe you are still on the image details page, and status message shows "Image xxxx has been created."
  11. Select "Save" button a second time
  12. Observe browser url is now [site name]/admin/content/media and the page is displaying thumbnailed images
