when we hide the sitewide search in the header do we also want to hide in in the offcanvas region? #171

At present we can switch off the search to hide it on widescreens but it stlll appears in the off-canvas menu at mobile. Is this desired ?

I presume if we turn off sitewide search, we should turn it off everywhere.
