Admin > Structure > Blocks shows default theme rather than current theme

I'm not sure how to phrase this. I have a default theme set - Essex Microsites Base - and a sub theme of this - Love Essex.

When I go to Admin > Structure Blocks I see Love Essex tab is highlighted, implying I am placing blocks for this theme. however, I also see Demonstrate blocks for Essex Microsites Base, so I am actually placing blocks for that theme.

I can click on the Love Essex tab as much as I want, but I'll always be adding/removing blocks for the Essex Microsites Base theme unless I manually edit the page url to say the name of the Love Essex theme
