Claro sidebar cuts off part of fields on node edit pages

If you are using vertical tabs, part of the fields and field descriptions is cut off when editing. This is especially painful if you have saved your content and come back to edit it if the content is a paragraph type, since the "Edit" link for the paragraph is now hidden under the sidebar, like so:

There's a core issue for this to be fixed, but in the mean time we can have a very simple fix to it by switching from vertical tabs to horizontal tabs. Like so:
