Current behavior

I can run the demo.exe but failed to set up for Hong Kong Car Plate, e.g. KX9038

It is similar to Chinese car plates but without the Chinese prefix,

My set up in the demo.exe will return error:

			<taggedRectangle x="676" y="291" width="41" height="31" rotation="-1" locateType="1">XF4911</taggedRectangle>
		</taggedRectangles>
	</image>

Expected/desired behavior

Able to set up the detection without the chinese part.
