Enhancements in Chaoscenter: GitOps Support for Azure Git, Group Chaos Infra by Environments in Infrastructure Selection Modal

In this project, we aim to implement GitOps support specifically for Azure Git within Chaoscenter. Additionally, we will enhance the Infrastructure Selection Modal by introducing the capability to group chaos infrastructure based on environments, ensuring better organization and management.

Hi @Saranya-jena May i please know what do we need to add in the proposal doc? Does it have to include things like timeline, deliverables, pseudocode etc? And where do we have to submit it?
