A few todos:

  • document what version of Decidim this is
  • redo mentions of test db; there are no tests in this instance (maybe test is relevant as an additional env?)
  • better separate "What this is" descriptive, and "How to use it" task-based documentation
  • give the Setup a test drive; is it pretty solid for people trying it out?
